MyPeak is a sport performance platform that helps users and teams collect, display and analyze activity, workout and recovery-related information.

3. Acceptable use

You must not copy, decompile, modify, disrupt or misuse the service, its software, infrastructure or content except as expressly permitted by law or by written permission from MyPeak.

4. Informational nature

MyPeak is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitoring. Platform outputs and recommendations are informational and are intended to support sport and training workflows.

5. Privacy
